Rachel Fletcher

Rachel founded FCS 19 years ago and her passion for business mentoring has driven her to help a wide range of businesses and charities reach their true potential.

Rachel’s previous role as Managing Director at Beta Technology, a technology consultancy, means she appreciates the challenges facing those growing and running SMEs.

Rachel recognised a gap in the marketplace to support businesses to deliver services to the public sector in accordance with their strategies.

Rachel’s specialist knowledge of funding opportunities has opened the doors to success for many organisations. She is experienced in coaching the business community to define, shape and implement practical action plans.

“There are many opportunities out there, but when you’re busy managing a business or charity, it can be hard to find the time to find out about or pursue them. A little independent guidance can help managers access opportunities, and prioritise the things that are really going to help their organisations reach their potential.”

Rachel has been a school Governor and a Trustee of Voluntary Action Sheffield. She is a mother to twins and enjoys running to keep fit.
