The Culture Sheffield Small Match Pot is a rolling grant fund designed to help Sheffield-based cultural organisations, artists and creative practitioners secure larger amounts of external investment.
The fund runs between June and December 2026 and will provide 10 grants of £2,000. The funding must be used as match funding for projects that are seeking, or have already secured, larger amounts of external funding.
The programme aims to strengthen funding applications, unlock new opportunities and attract additional investment into Sheffield’s cultural sector.

Applicants will need to demonstrate how the £2,000 match funding will help unlock additional external investment. Projects should demonstrate strong cultural value and ambition, alongside realistic plans for securing further funding.
