The eBay Up & Running Grants 2026 programme is offering businesses and young entrepreneurs the opportunity to secure £10,000 in grant funding, alongside additional business support. Up to 20 winners will each receive a £10,000 cash grant.
The programme has two routes to funding. Category A is for eBay business sellers aged 18 to 30 who have had active listings on eBay UK during the three months before applying. Category B is open to UK-registered companies with an eBay business seller account and active listings during the previous six months that intend to use the funding to employ a young person aged 18 to 24 in a UK-based role.
For Category B, businesses need to explain how recruiting the young person will contribute to their growth plans and how the £10,000 grant will support this objective. Applications are assessed on factors including clear business objectives, sensible use of the funding, a plan for spending the grant over the following 12 months, and the ambition and innovation behind the business.
Successful applicants will receive more than financial support. Winners will also benefit from up to six months of dedicated account management and premium customer support, plus access to a young entrepreneur community and selected events during 2027.
Previous recipients of an Up & Running Grant or winners of an eBay Business Award are not eligible.
