GSK IMPACT Awards

The GSK IMPACT Awards recognise and reward outstanding small and medium-sized charities working to improve health and wellbeing across the UK. Delivered in partnership between GSK and The King’s Fund, the programme celebrates organisations that demonstrate strong leadership, effective management, innovation and a measurable impact within their communities.

The awards are open to registered UK charities that have been operating for at least three years, work in a health-related field, and have an annual income between £150,000 and £3 million. Charities supporting under-represented communities, including people from ethnic minority backgrounds, disabled people and LGBTQ+ communities, are particularly encouraged to apply.

Up to ten charities receive unrestricted awards of £50,000, while additional runner-up organisations receive £5,000. Beyond financial support, winners gain access to a comprehensive package of development opportunities, including leadership training, professional development, networking opportunities and pro bono business support.

A key feature of the programme is its focus on organisational excellence rather than funding a specific new project. Judges assess the overall effectiveness, sustainability and impact of the charity, recognising organisations that are already delivering meaningful outcomes and demonstrating strong potential for future growth.

The awards provide valuable national recognition and can help charities strengthen their profile, attract new supporters and build long-term organisational resilience, enabling them to increase their impact and reach more people in need.
