CPCA Internship Scheme

CPCA Internship Programme (Age 22+)

This programme supports internships for individuals aged 22 and above, with no upper age limit, helping employers access a broad and diverse talent pool.

• 6 Weeks 100% Fully Funded Salary Support based on the National Living Wage.
• Extra £100 Weekly Subsidy to support onboarding and other costs (£600 total over 6 weeks).
• Working Hours: Interns can work between 12 and 38 hours per week.

CPCA Youth Guarantee Trailblazer – Fully Funded Internships (Age 18–21)

This option enables employers to support younger candidates through a fully funded six-week internship.

• 6 Weeks 100% Fully Funded Salary Support based on the National Minimum or National Living Wage, depending on age.
• Extra £100 Weekly Subsidy to support onboarding and other associated costs (£600 total over 6 weeks).
• Working Hours: Interns can work between 8 and 30 hours per week.

CPCA Youth Guarantee Trailblazer – 50% Match Funded Internships (Age 18–21)

This programme provides longer internship opportunities with shared funding between CPCA and the employer.

• 12 Weeks 50% Match Funded Salary Support based on the National Minimum or National Living Wage, depending on age.
• Extra £50 Weekly Subsidy to support additional costs during the internship.
• Working Hours: Interns can work between 8 and 30 hours per week.
