HTQ Grants

Employers can apply for a £2,000 grant per eligible employee to support the cost of putting a young professional through an approved HTQ.

To qualify:

• The learner must be under 21 years old
• They must be within their first 9 months of employment at the point of enrolment
• The employer must be covering the training costs – learners who have taken out an Advanced Learner Loan are not eligible

Grants are available for both new hires and existing employees, as long as they meet the criteria.

All claims must be submitted by 31 March 2026.
